The goal of the project was to successfully launch Bluey’s social media channels in the German market and build them up sustainably within the first year. The focus was on developing relevant content, building an active community, and achieving continuous growth in reach and engagement. Additionally, the aim was to establish a community that authentically reflects the brand’s values. PANORAMA3000 was selected through a pitch process and stood out in particular due to its extensive experience in managing social media channels for various brands. The consistently high quality of the content and the reliability of the team are particularly impressive.
Our department is responsible for the marketing and brand development of Bluey and works closely with international marketing teams. In my role, I am responsible for the brand from a European marketing perspective. This includes strategically steering brand positioning and ensuring consistent brand communication across various markets. A key part of my work involves collaborating with partners such as PANORAMA3000, particularly to build and further develop our social media presence on Meta platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

In addition to brand communication, commercial aspects also played a role, such as the targeted integration of product placements and campaigns into the content strategy.
PANORAMA3000 was selected through a competitive pitch process and stood out in particular due to its extensive experience managing social media channels for various brands. Its strong digital expertise and deep understanding of the German market were key factors in the decision. Their cross-platform approach is particularly compelling: they consistently tailor content to specific channels, taking into account formats, editing, visual language, and captions, and know exactly how content must be designed on each platform to perform optimally.
Our collaboration can be divided into two main areas. First, there is day-to-day operations—that is, the ongoing management of social media channels, which now runs very efficiently and smoothly. Second, we work together on specific campaigns and initiatives, such as when additional content is needed or photo shoots are organized. Communication in this regard is excellent and transparent. Particularly noteworthy are the high level of flexibility within the collaboration and the fair cost structure. In addition, we receive regular feedback on the results achieved. In monthly coordination meetings, we discuss performance, identify areas for optimization, and plan the next steps.
I have a primary point of contact who coordinates the collaboration on behalf of PANORAMA3000. She is responsible for aligning our requirements, community management, and content creation, including visual design. In addition, a team works behind the scenes on the operational implementation, though I don’t have a complete understanding of the exact team structure.
I don’t currently have specific metrics available in detail, but we’ve seen a significant increase in both engagement and follower growth. Individual posts initiated and implemented by PANORAMA3000 have performed particularly well. Locally produced content, especially on-site photo shoots, has also been very well received by the community. This is reflected, among other things, in an increased number of likes, shares, and overall interactions.
We don’t work with strictly defined deadlines, yet our delivery is very reliable. When specific requirements exist—such as publishing content within a certain week—we consistently meet them. The team handles feedback very professionally. They are always open to making adjustments and, at the same time, have a very good understanding of the brand, so the need for corrections is generally minimal. Feedback is quickly taken on board and efficiently implemented.
What’s particularly impressive is the consistently high quality of the content and the team’s reliability. I can count on the results to meet our brand requirements both visually and in terms of content, while also coming across as authentic. This trust and the quality of the work significantly streamline our internal processes, as we spend less time on coordination and can focus more on strategic issues.
One possible approach for further development would be to be even more proactive in incorporating new ideas and inspiration. For example, trends or best practices from other brand contexts could be adopted more frequently and applied to Bluey. At the same time, it is understandable that day-to-day operations already require a significant investment of resources. Nevertheless, a stronger focus on proactive, creative ideas would further enrich our collaboration.
