[mediarenner] is a social media and performance marketing agency founded in Regensburg in 2020, with a second office in Munich and a team of 33.
We handle both organic social media and paid advertising. Research, strategy, shoot planning, content production, ads, and reporting are all done in-house, with our own camera crew filming on location at the client’s premises. We don’t outsource to freelancers or subcontract agencies.

Description
Social recruiting for the Schmidbauer Group (crane and heavy haulage logistics): crane operators, sales staff, and mechatronics technicians across more than ten locations. One Meta campaign for each role and location, applications submitted directly through Facebook and Instagram, and pre-screening by phone. The result: more than 800 applications in seven months.
Solution
One campaign per location: each location has its own lead form and regionally targeted ads.
Apply without leaving the app: a short form right on Facebook and Instagram.
Pre-screening by phone: only qualified candidates are referred to the location manager.
Results
From February to August 2026, more than 800 applications—including 190 for crane operator roles in March alone. Plus 2,545 followers across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
