We have worked multiple times with LifeXperiences for our company offsites and it was always organized to our full satisfaction. I wanted to thank Jago and the entire team for the outstanding experience you delivered during our three-day offsite in Mallorca. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organised. The variety of activities ensured there was something for everyone, and the logistics were seamless throughout. Whether it was the hiking, e-biking, or cycling routes, every experience showcased the beauty of Mallorca and was thoughtfully planned. The food was another highlight. From the finca experience to the various restaurants selected for each activity, every meal was excellent and contributed to making the event feel special. What impressed us most was the flawless execution behind the scenes. Coordinating multiple groups, different activity schedules, staggered airport departures, luggage transfers, and countless moving parts is no small task, yet everything ran smoothly and effortlessly from our perspective. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a significant contribution to the success of our offsite. We received fantastic feedback from participants, and many commented on how well organised and enjoyable the entire experience was. Thank you so much for a truly amazing event in Mallorca! With a group, we did a hot air balloon flight together, had breakfast on a breathtakingly beautiful finca, went on a speedboat tour with an aquarium visit, and then had a tapas tour afterward—and all in all, it was simply incredible. We planned two really great activities together with Kristina from LifeXperiences as part of our company event trip to Mallorca for around 60 people. One was a tapas workshop in Palma’s old town, and the other was an evening at a beach club. The tapas workshop was a 10/10 event—there were interactive hands-on activities (tasting wine, slicing ham directly from the leg, and preparing small tapas), followed by a relaxed dinner afterward in a great separate location within the central market hall. The beach club we also chose together with LifeXperiences was just as successful. Great location right on the beach, good music, and really tasty, plenty of finger food—plus drinks (with and without alcohol). From the planning to the execution, it was a five-star experience. Kristina was incredibly friendly, highly competent, and always thinking ahead. All of our wishes were fully met, and in addition, any spontaneous changes were handled quickly and flexibly—a huge compliment for that. Communication with Kristina and Jasmin on-site was also smooth, so everything ran without a hitch. Thanks to the whole team—and to you, Kristina and Jasmin. We’d work with you again anytime. We booked a Jeep rally on Mallorca for 11 people and weren’t disappointed. We loved both the route and the questions. The restaurant we chose for our lunch break was perfect. The guides took great care of us. We’d book an incentive here again anytime—thank you!

We used LifeXperiences to plan our company offsite to Mallorca in September. The whole process from start to finish was super straight forward and Stephanie, Jago and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. It made the trip for us a lot simpler, as LifeXperiences did most of the organising and booking - including transfers, meals and activities, and their local knowledge meant they were able to give us lots of great options to suit our needs. We booked a meeting room with a delicious food package through them. The highlight of the trip was a catamaran trip with a BBQ onboard, and we finished on the last day with an iPad tour around Palma, followed by lunch. There was always someone to meet us at every location, including the airport, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LifeXperiences again if we ever revisit Mallorca.
