I’ve been a client since 2016—so nearly 10 years—and I was happy with the service for about seven years. However, for the past three years, I’ve noticed a recurring issue: every so often (roughly every eight months), my phone suddenly stops ringing overnight. Each time, I’ve been offered paid solutions: - a complete site redesign for €15,000 (which was ultimately done elsewhere for under €2,000), - increased budget and additional services, - and more recently, the implementation of a call-tracking solution. Given how often this happened, I had my campaigns analyzed by ChatGPT, with a neutral, objective approach. It has no commercial interest whatsoever. The result was that my main campaign and my Google Business Profile had been put on hold. After that, no one was seeing my website—I was appearing in 19th place. So I wasn’t going to get any calls. ChatGPT identified the problem in 40 minutes, just the time it took me to explain the situation and run the checks together. That directly explains the sudden drop in calls. I’m also wondering why this wasn’t detected sooner, especially since I had reported the decline in activity during a phone call that lasted about 30 minutes. How is it possible for both to end up accidentally on hold without Let's click noticing or knowing about it? The analysis also highlighted: - irrelevant or ineligible keywords, - inconsistencies across the campaigns, - a clear lack of proper tracking. After the fixes, calls resumed the very next day. So I can only conclude that, at minimum, there was a serious lack of monitoring and rigor in how the campaigns were managed. For these reasons, I decided to end our collaboration. Christophe Leenaert.
