lass machen - Agentur für Digitalisierung GmbH

As ASEW (Working Group for Efficient Energy and Water Use), we teamed up with lassmachen to deliver a comprehensive web project: the relaunch of our website on a WordPress basis, including the integration of a webshop through Shopware. The final result fully meets our wishes and requirements—we’re genuinely very happy with the end product. And even when unexpected challenges came up along the way, we stayed pragmatic and solution-oriented throughout. The agreed budget was kept. Whenever additional features were introduced during development, any extra effort was always communicated fairly and transparently in advance. What really stood out about the collaboration was the strong, level-headed relationship built on trust. Working together was consistently pleasant and easygoing, and on a human level, it was a lot of fun to work together on the project. Overall, we look back on a truly successful collaboration, and we’d like to thank lassmachen for the outstanding result. We’re very happy to recommend the agency.

Great company. Really well executed and great overall concept! I’d be happy to work with you again—thanks also for the extra suggestions!

I had my website designed and built by a team, and I’m very happy with the result. The subsequent SEO work went really well and significantly improved my online presence. Any changes and custom adjustments made afterward were always implemented perfectly. Overall, I’m completely satisfied, and I’ll definitely reach out again in the future.

I’ve had extremely bad experiences with this agency. They don’t focus enough on their core competencies, which led to extra work and additional costs.

I strongly urge you to be wary of the Lass agency.

Thank you very much! We are completely satisfied. The consultation was excellent—creative, solution-oriented, and always patient with our many questions. We particularly appreciated that you listened attentively to us and offered personalized suggestions. The service and communication were first-rate throughout. We sincerely thank you and are already looking forward to working with you again.

We started a joint SEO project with Lassmachen, and the collaboration was simply fantastic. A super-competent team, strong in their pitch, and above all, they immediately had a clear plan for how to get started and what to do first, without any unnecessary theoretical babble. Just get things done. The first positive results were visible after a short time.

Thank you very much! We are more than satisfied! For the great advice and the patience with us and the many questions from us! There are creative suggestions here! Solution-oriented approach! They listen to us! Service and communication were top! Thank you and we look forward to working with you again! We are happy to have found real professionals! Keep up the good work! ☺️

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I commissioned the lass machen team to create a website for me with clear instructions. Even the start of the project was a disaster. Communication was lengthy and poor, they only responded to my emails when I called them again afterwards. I was told that my design would be sent to me at the beginning of July 24 and nothing came of it. Only when I asked was I told that they had problems with staff shortages and another unsuccessful project. New deadlines were announced and simply not met without a word. After seven weeks and further inquiries, I received a subterranean draft that deviated significantly from my clearly formulated specifications and was of very poor quality. I then terminated the project and will now be forced to reclaim the payments I had made. I really cannot recommend lass machen to anyone.

I particularly like the fact that they took a lot of time to explain the SEO units to me. Now I'm happy that I can present my website in a new look.
