The utterly incompetent management at Kassel Marketing is ruining the city of Kassel’s reputation! It’s doing a lot of damage to the city of Kassel’s reputation! It’s just sad.

Such a beautiful Christmas market so far - and now covered with unsightly temporary solutions. We will continue to order hot drinks in their previous terminology, regardless of how the politically instrumentalized GmbH positions itself here! Typically German to indirectly accuse the passionate showmen of discrimination here! Simply regrettable.

I feel discriminated against because a drink at the Christmas market can no longer be called "Lumumba" but "dead aunt" is allowed! A cheek towards my dead aunt!

Kassel Marketing advertises the organization of guided tours to the trick fountains. The tour guide didn't show up for the tour we had booked as part of a company outing, so we followed the water on our own. Total failure! Super bad organization! There was no information at the meeting point!

Kassel Marketing is and remains an absolute shambles when it comes to organizing events, providing information to residents and credibly constructing festivals for tourists (Old Town Festival without a structurally existing Old Town). Unfortunately, nothing was learned from organizational mistakes in the 4th edition either, justified complaints from residents are ignored....
