jung & hungrig GmbH

Hello Mr. Wolfram Britsch,

Thank you for your feedback. Of course, we are now very interested in why the rating was only three stars instead of five, and how your rating came about. Because none of us knows you or has ever had contact with you, so we find the rating irritating and yes, it also bothers us. A 3-star rating without further content or commentary on it, we find questionable, because of course we would like to achieve the best possible response, but without content can not respond to it. We therefore assume that your rating was given by chance and in ignorance of our performance, also without content from you.

If this is not the case, we look forward to your feedback and your explanation here. However, we would always prefer a personal phone call or a private conversation in which we are happy to listen to you. Also in case of criticism.

We look forward to your reply!
Best regards from Felix Thatenhorst & Frank Zimmermann from the advertising agency jung & hungrig
