Treatment: facial. Pros: The therapist gives great massages and helps you relax. Cons: It said the service included blackhead extraction, but the therapist only removed blackheads from my nose and chin—nowhere else on my face (I came specifically for the extractions since I have quite a few blackheads and pimples on my cheeks); she focused more on slathering on a lot of products than on actually performing a proper extraction. In the last step, she put something oily on my face that won’t come off, and while massaging, she accidentally touched my hair roots (which now look terrible). I just got out of the shower after washing the oil off my face and hair. Conclusion: If you want to relax, this is perfect for you; otherwise, if you have blackheads, pimples, and go with clean hair, I don’t recommend going.
