Beyond useless and straight up negligent. Failed to update/patch our website and left it in a vulnerable, insecure state for years. Keep looking.

While we understand your frustration with the security and maintenance of your website, we were surprised by the review, as our records indicate that we haven't collaborated for quite a few years. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and aim to provide clarity. Our documented history includes many attempts to communicate with you about the very issues you mentioned. Despite our sincere and persistent efforts to reach out and collaborate on resolving these matters, we regrettably did not receive any responses to our communications. Effective communication is a fundamental part of our commitment to our clients, and it is a two-way street.

As a small Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and B2B company in the Service industry, we are both grateful for and thrilled with inSegment’s work to redevelop and redesign our website, our core business driver. At the very start of our project, we were immediately impressed when inSegment’s VP of Client Success Ilona R. took the time to drive 1.5 hours and conduct in-person, onsite interviews with our team-- both executive management and employees-- in an effort to educate herself and inSegment about our business before the project kick-off.
