This is one of those companies where you can never talk to the person in the know. They always send some employee ahead who can only tell you something, or write something down, or put in a callback (which then comes back from someone who can't answer the questions), or check with colleagues and come back with half an answer. We are an advertising agency and wanted to have promotional gifts printed. My specific question at the very beginning was: do you print this item yourself? Yes, was the answer. After 4 phone calls and 3 emails, I got out of the incompetent staff that they do NOT print this item themselves, but can only offer the poor quality that they have a third party company print (which they want to make money on). Bottom line: if it doesn't matter, you can deal with customers like this, but not with professionals.

We think it is a pity that you had the experience you described. Since something is missing from your public review, we would like to address it. You came to us because you were not satisfied with the workmanship of the manufacturer of the product you wanted. We represent the manufacturer on the market as a distributor. Our sales department contacted you on the same day. Subsequently, we spoke with the manufacturer and sought a solution for you with him. After your requirements turned out not to be feasible, we informed you and offered you to switch to another product which would allow the implementation of your idea. Unfortunately, you did not respond to this suggestion. The lady at the head office, whom you somewhat brusquely urged to fetch our production manager from another appointment in order to talk to you, behaved completely correctly by offering you a callback. We did not understand that you then simply hung up. Perhaps you will allow me to make the following comment: Even though you advertise on your website that you save customers from the "unsightly methods" of the printing industry, please distinguish between those who help you free of charge and those who supply you with bad products. You rate us even though you are not a customer of ours. Also, you have never bought anything from us or used any other service from us. Our team took a lot of time for you, was friendly and helped you to solve your problem. We find it strange to receive a recession in this form for this. As a student, I can only say: Super cooperation! The whole team was very nice, had competent people and always helped me if I had a problem. They work very professionally and with a lot of commitment. I was able to learn and try out many things during my internship. I was and am very happy that I could work with the team. It was a lot of fun! I can only recommend a student internship!

The young team at the Ideas Factory does a very good job. Unfortunately, only a few companies in the region took advantage of this. But word gets around about quality and more and more often the ideas from the factory are used for greater success in their own companies. I have had very good experiences and can recommend the Ideas Factory with a clear conscience.
