Solution
During the first two weeks, we reorganized the catalog, refreshed the titles and cover images for the products with the most add-to-cart clicks, and fixed price discrepancies between Pixel and checkout.
After that, GMV Max ran only on organic videos that had already generated sales. At the same time, we published three to four shoppable videos per week featuring those same products.
