We had a good experience with this company for years, but from 2021 everything changed. The contracts suddenly contained clauses according to which actually favorable tariffs cost more than twice as much after a certain period of time, unless you were willing to extend the contract. Inquiries are dragged out endlessly, requests for an amicable settlement remain unanswered. I pointed out in advance that I would share my experiences in a review in the event of further delays and asked for a proposed solution. I was then put off again. In the meantime, Get It has deactivated the Google review bar.

Background What does your company do and what is your area of responsibility?

We are a cab and rental car company and offer services for private and corporate customers in the west of Munich. I am a member of the Management Board and responsible for telecommunications and data processing, among other things.

Challenge What were the project goals?

The aim was to create favorable cost and service structures in the area of data and order brokerage.

Solution Why did you select this service provider over others?

We previously worked with another company and moved to Get It with the sales staff.

The collaboration had been established for years, contracts were discussed over the phone and extended easily.

Essentially, cooperation took place with a specific employee. If this employee was absent due to illness, for example, there was no replacement.
