We have been a customer for many years. We are now moving in with a sister company and had asked for an accommodating solution for the last 2 years, as we will be using the Group's technology. We didn't want anything for free, just a concession tailored to our situation, as we no longer use the devices. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any suggestion, just an insistence that the contract be fulfilled. Well......

We spontaneously needed a service on our printer. Since we are located in Quickborn and thus over 20km away from the company FKS, we rather expected several days until repair. We called at 9:30 in the morning and shortly after 11 a.m. the friendly gentleman was already standing in the hallway. That was really a pleasant surprise. After just under 30 minutes, the printer was up and running again. I don't know how they perform in other business areas, but that was really five-star service! Thank you!
