I am not evaluating the work of the agency here. My concern here is the application process: After a long application process, I was told this week that they had decided on someone else, which would not be a problem in principle; however, the question is whether this is the truth at all. When I had my second (!) interview within three weeks with you on Monday, I was told that I and another applicant were on the shortlist and that I would hear from you the next day. And at the same time you post the job ad here again. So if I hadn't called again this Friday, I think I would have been put off even longer than I already was. And I also know that on Friday you told others on the phone that the application process was still going on and that you could still apply. After I was told in the first interview that my application left a very positive impression, it can't be because of my talents. I emphasize again: If, in your opinion, I don't fit into the team or didn't convince you in some other way, that's completely okay, of course - that's just the way it is sometimes! But as an applicant, you can wish for that much honesty; but not to be stalled and lied to.
