This agency initially checks all the boxes of a serious operation: high-quality premises and a convincing sales pitch. Unfortunately, the day-to-day execution falls well short of expectations. While mixed results can be understandable in public relations—where no outcomes can be guaranteed—the practices that followed are far more concerning. Several years after the collaboration ended, the agency issued invoices for services I formally dispute. These requests rely on particularly one-sided contractual terms. Despite my objection, legal action was pursued, including a seizure from my account and substantial legal fees. In addition, it doesn’t appear to be an isolated case: - others have told me they faced problems that were essentially identical, including late billing claims followed by contentious legal steps - some testimonials from former employees, publicly available on Glassdoor, also describe this kind of conduct A legal procedure is currently underway. I therefore recommend taking extra care and exercising particular caution before engaging this agency.

A terrible press agency—I wouldn’t recommend them at all. No results, exorbitant costs, and they’re asking you to pay invoices for services that were never delivered.
