Beware of this company!! They required full payment in advance for the order. After the items weren’t available, the order was canceled a week later, but even to this day (despite multiple complaints) they still haven’t refunded the money. With over €1,600, that’s absolutely outrageous! (The amount was paid via instant transfer on 7/14/2026 and as of 7/24/2026 it still hasn’t been refunded.) You can’t reach them by phone either. Either the line is busy or they say the number isn’t available. By email, they keep promising a “prompt” refund for a week now, but nothing actually happens. I can only advise everyone to think very carefully before ordering or buying from them!

Absolutely not recommended, especially not for business customers. I have been waiting six weeks (!) for a simple replacement of a smartphone display. No communication about the duration of the repair, replacement devices or anything similar

I went to the store because my cell phone could no longer be charged with the charging cable. There I was told that the charging port had been accidentally damaged and had no contacts, which is why the phone could no longer be charged after plugging in the charging cable. The estimated cost of the repair was almost €400, so I decided not to go ahead with the repair and buy an induction plate to fix the problem. Last week I went to a general repair shop here in Frankfurt, where I currently work, and told them the problem. It was just a simple cleaning of the charging port as it was clogged with dust. The cost to me was €10, as opposed to the almost €400 that Apple authorized repair shop unnecessarily and completely fraudulently charged.
