Absolutely not recommended, especially not for business customers. I have been waiting six weeks (!) for a simple replacement of a smartphone display. No communication about the duration of the repair, replacement devices or anything similar

I went to the store because my cell phone could no longer be charged with the charging cable. There I was told that the charging port had been accidentally damaged and had no contacts, which is why the phone could no longer be charged after plugging in the charging cable. The estimated cost of the repair was almost €400, so I decided not to go ahead with the repair and buy an induction plate to fix the problem. Last week I went to a general repair shop here in Frankfurt, where I currently work, and told them the problem. It was just a simple cleaning of the charging port as it was clogged with dust. The cost to me was €10, as opposed to the almost €400 that Apple authorized repair shop unnecessarily and completely fraudulently charged.

Registered for an exchange. On site then the information "Yes, must be replaced. But we don't have it and have to order it. Not service-oriented.

If you're looking for really good support for your Apple devices, you'll find it here! The staff really know their stuff and don't just sell everything as new, they repair old devices and every move is perfect. What's more, you don't have to wait forever here. Simply make an appointment and they will help you at relatively short notice. An absolute recommendation!
