I hired eMinded GmbH to provide SEO services and worked with them for three months. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement in rankings or traffic.

Absolutely professional from start to finish! We asked eMinded for an SEA audit and I have to say that from the first kickoff to the presentation of the results, everything went very professionally and smoothly. The team immediately understood our business model and our requirements - they simply listened very attentively, which I have unfortunately experienced differently with other agencies... They didn't make any utopian promises, but showed us realistic ways to increase our performance. An exchange at eye level and very pleasant and cooperative communication. eMinded's performance and self-image are not recommendable. Our experience in figures: Agreed goal: Improvement of the ROAS in the Google Ads account Performance of eMinded: 1st month: Deterioration of ROAS by 64% 2nd month: Deterioration of ROAS by 66% 3rd month: Deterioration of ROAS by 33% 4th month: ROAS deteriorates by 28% 5th month: ROAS deteriorates by 12% 6th month: ROAS deteriorates by 40% eMinded's self-image of this "performance": "as a matter of principle, we do not provide any performance guarantees" "I don't see a mistake here, but rather an account that is ... clearly developing in the right direction." After 6 months of minimum commitment and thousands of euros in minimum remuneration to eMinded, the Ads account is now in a worse position than before it was commissioned. Update: eMinded is very aggressive in having negative reviews removed from Google. The competencies here seem to be greater than in the agency business

Unfortunately only averagely competent. Not worth the money. We have had bad experiences. There are better agencies.
