We should call this tool Easyfista. No matter how I try to handle tickets, this platform is a real nightmare to use. I don’t understand how you can make something so complex that’s supposed to be easy to use and intuitive. Anyway, please, avoid this tool.

The interface and navigation on this ticketing tool are a real nightmare. I’m stuck using it at work despite my wishes, and I wouldn’t wish this messy tool on anyone.
