Everything started well and relaxed, but ended in disaster for me! The rather cost-intensive question and answer catalog can only be used with the included 1-hour support for customization. But it worked well and the speed with which the gentleman redesigned the 35 questions was a bit fascinating. It was also approved. Unfortunately, something was forgotten in my application. So I contacted the company twice to ask 2 questions. Each took about 5 minutes. This was shockingly charged to me as support at a price of 0.5 hours (per 15 minutes or part thereof), although the problem was not ours! After consultation, I grudgingly paid this bill as well. However, as we still had 2 questions to answer, I needed further paid support. So I made a price request: And here's the thing: This gentleman answered and rewrote about 35 questions in one hour of support and now charged 0.5 hours each for these 2 questions! When I asked for an appointment to be there live for this adjustment, I was told.... "Please note that a live commentary of the adjustment - for example by reading out loud your previous answers or the direct communication of my thoughts on individualization - is not planned." What a joke! So you can also charge 1 hour for 2 questions that could certainly have been answered in 15 minutes of support. But since I needed these answers, I agreed to the 0.5-1 hour support. However, the appointment was not kept. Shortly before the meeting, I was told that I would have to sign a new order and pay the invoice in advance. Nothing more was booked on my part. Conclusion: If you use this company, discuss all eventualities in advance and get a quote for everything. I cannot recommend this company, it's a shame!
