As a first-time user of the service, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and time to completion. My expectations have been met, by and large. The help for the editor briefing is detailed and leaves - actually - no questions unanswered. Nevertheless, the copywriter, to a lesser extent, did not adhere to the guidelines. However, this did not detract from the result, since the/any text should ultimately be adapted by the operator/customer anyway. So much time should always be taken. On the whole, therefore, positive, further orders will follow.
