The Cherry card reader purchased from DGN breaks down within the warranty period. DGN wants to replace it free of charge. DGN keeps my MFA waiting for six months until I receive a new one. The day before yesterday, I received an invoice for this very card reader (why?). DGN wants to debit the amount from an account for which it does not have a SEPA direct debit mandate. Unfortunately, it is an account with Apobank, so they will probably even succeed :/ This is not my first bad experience with DGN. Making a mistake once or twice is no problem, but over the last few years, my employees and I have lost so much time and patience with DGN that we cannot recommend them to anyone. P.S. After reading the other reviews, it seems to be a systemic problem that replacements for defective parts are charged for.

By far the worst customer service, EU West. Please do not order a signature card here under any circumstances. The most dubious store I have EVER dealt with!
I was there today and got the new card. Apart from the initial telephone contact, everything went very well. The staff were friendly, helpful and competent and the matter was dealt with quickly. It seems to me that the many complaints are due to the fact that many people first express an opinion and then perhaps get more information

The gSMC-KT is valid for 5 years! When mine expired after 3.5 years, I got the answer from the DGN service department: "that's because the device that was delivered with the card had been lying around for a while" - i.e. at the DGN, BEFORE it was delivered to me!!! Where do you get that? They're... me, the KV and the health system providers, who then have to pay for 1.5 years more - probably x times the sum of my individual case.

The service is unbelievably bad. You can't treat customers like this. I really should have given up ordering a signature card from DGN. Fortunately, there are other providers such as D-Trust. Unfortunately, they are not much better. But you should think twice if you want to bother with DGN.

The signature card sent was defective. The replacement delivery took over 4 weeks! The invoice was issued for the defective card. Nobody can be reached on the service phone. Despite the estimated waiting time of "3 minutes", you are thrown off the line after 20 minutes. Service looks different!
