Normally I never write reviews about companies I have applied to, but today I have to put my opinion here. The application process in this company seems to be really not mature. Up until the interview, the process was still normal, despite the somewhat unprofessional behavior of the people involved in the interview. I was given a deadline of about 2 weeks after the interview in this case to get back to ME and let me know the decision. Since this company was not my favorite in the selection from the beginning, I waited the time and relied on the fact that is approached me. After > 4 MONTHS< without any sign of life from the company, an assistant took the trouble to send a rejection letter. That was for me after the time also no surprise. However, there was not the slightest spark of decency in the mail to apologize for this whole story. It was just a copy/paste message that was sent to all applicants (except one, of course) after 4 months. I personally recommend all potential applicants for the next training start not to apply for this position. There are enough other companies in Düsseldorf to choose from. If there are, I recommend to study the website of this company carefully. Apparently, a detailed presentation of the company is expected from the applicant in the interview. In this case, it is about the application process for a training position.
