The working atmosphere at CTM is really very uncomplicated and open. The managers can act independently and on their own responsibility in their area and are supported accordingly. The most special feature is the personal commitment of the managing director, who takes care of almost everything (even beyond the office routine) and even distributes fruit, ice cream or sweets herself.
