Customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered. The first shipment just never arrived. When I followed up, I got an immediate response, and once it was clear nothing else would come, they promptly sent a replacement. I also really like the foil—but it’s not up on the wall yet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is already my second order with CREATISTO. For my kitchen, I previously ordered tile stickers and I’m absolutely thrilled even to this day. The quality, look, and workmanship are genuinely excellent. Since I was so happy with them, I decided to give my camper a makeover with CREATISTO tile stickers as well. In the entry area, my laminate is slightly damaged, so I wanted to lay floor tile stickers there. Unfortunately, I had to find that the design I chose for the camper looked completely different than I’d imagined. In real life, the colors looked much more intense, and in the end the overall effect of the print designs didn’t really fit the color concept of my camper. That’s of course a shame, but sometimes you only notice something like that once the product is in its final place. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. Even though the tiles were produced individually for me, my request was handled incredibly friendly, understanding, and straightforwardly. Even when I told them I was on vacation and therefore wouldn’t be able to ship the return for a few days, they immediately accommodated me. That’s what customer service should look like—warm, appreciative, and focused on solutions. That’s why I’ll definitely order from CREATISTO again, and this time I’ll choose the “Samarkand” design. One thing I’d still like to emphasize: please don’t take advantage of their flexibility. These products are made individually for each customer. There’s material, labor, and production costs behind it. I think people shouldn’t order lightly with the idea that, if needed, they can simply send the item back. In my case, the tiles’ effect in the camper really was different from what I expected. So I’m all the more grateful that CREATISTO was so understanding and accommodating. Simply fantastic! I ordered tile films here a few years ago. They still look beautiful even after several years. Most recently, I had my own image designed as tile film and am very satisfied and happy with it. Highly recommended! They also have a great team and very friendly and helpful staff who are on hand to answer any questions and discuss ideas.

I ordered tile foils for my bathroom. They responded quickly and helpfully to queries about my own motifs and application. I'm really pleased and the bathroom no longer looks so boring. You can only tell that they are stick-on films if you look closely. Gladly again!
