The image editor is a disaster, and they haven't been able to update it for years. It was bad enough 15 years ago, but in 2026...?

Hello Mr. Walkie, Thank you very much for taking the time to review us! The image manager was completely revamped and redesigned in calendar week 45 of 2025. Features such as moving images to subfolders while preserving links, bulk deletion, etc., are all new there—as are the entire interface and user experience. Since I can’t find any request from you—please feel free to email me at [email protected] to explain exactly what you mean when you say that nothing in this area has been modernized—is there something missing? We have tested their platform with a free account for a client. The platform is good, but their support is among the slowest in the industry. After 4 days with no replies, it's not going to be easy to convince our client to move over from AC.

We have recently landed in the new basic tariff with a maximum of 3,000 addresses, pay 40 euros per month and are now no longer even allowed to send automated mailings for appointments! A disappointing development.

Some functions, such as time-controlled shipping, are part of the higher Pro tariff. Of course, the differences are all listed, for example at https://www.cleverreach.com/de-de/preise-und-tarife/ via the "Show all functions" button.
