My account manager with them changed 3 times before I got my first bit of content from them. I spared no expense in trying to give them the tools they need for my brand and I trusted their expertise. What I received was content with very shaky and bad camera work. It had a lot of potential, and I was excited to see the end product, but instead of giving my brand the look I was hoping for, I just got a lot of messages talking about the camera work and how they could do better for much much cheaper. I rented a Mclaren 600LT for the AD but no shots of it accelerating? No revs? My brand was car community focused. I originally put 5 stars before actually testing the output from this company. Thousands of views with little return, just people too distracted about how shaky it was. Very amateur work. It took me this long to fix my review because it made me want to explore other ventures instead.

The EVP of Production, Raquel was amazing to work with—kind, courteous, and respectful of our space. She made sure I felt completely comfortable with everything happening inside our facility. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and worked together so seamlessly that I never once heard a disagreement or felt any tension on set.
What really stood out was the level of trust and care they showed. I felt confident enough to leave a key with the production manager, and when I returned, everything was exactly as it had been when they arrived.

As a business owner looking to expand the top-of-the-funnel awareness of our products at Wasatch Window Well Covers there is an overwhelming number of options to choose from. I'm lucky that we ultimately chose Chamber Media.
