A real disappointment. I had ordered a gift for my biggest business partner in good time for an anniversary. As I hadn't received the package a few days before the anniversary, I wrote to the company to explain the urgency of my request and ask for clarification. The reply stated that this order had been on hold for several days. I was promised prompt clarification, which was not forthcoming. When I wrote to the employee in question again today, the last day before the party, and asked for a reply or a call back, there was no response. I am now empty-handed and have to improvise. Annoying and annoying. Due to this experience with a lack of reliability and/or communication, I cannot recommend Burg Services with a clear conscience.
