Order from 27.12.24 has still not arrived today (13.01.25) despite several phone calls and previously sent, unanswered emails. Only one order out of three is here. Good customer service is different. For example, with transparency in terms of delivery times or an unsolicited message if there are delays and also answering emails. Also an apology if you can't keep to your part of the contract. I am disappointed.

I placed an order on January 1, which contained two products. Two days later I receive a package, but after a check, only one of the products I ordered was inside. I immediately email customer service for details. Later I get a dry answer: "The remaining hangers will be shipped to you today". Not even, we apologize! I wait two more days to finally have the whole order. But the surprises do not stop here. The quality leaves much to be desired. The difference is very visible (photo). Laminated wood hangers without bar with notches 42cm ... in some the notch has a depth of 5-6m and in some only 1mm (much too little to keep the clothes safe). Certainly an unpleasant experience. 😐

Lousy to reach by phone 9:30 am to 11:00 am and 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Less probably does not go, for the working society

The goods are fine, the service around them is disastrous, not to mention the supplier.
