I’m not even going to go on about the apartment in Sahlenburg F1. The place is only set up to fob off holidaymakers. The cheapest, most uninspired furnishings imaginable. The whole setup couldn’t have cost more than €1,000–2,000. We cut our trip short and won’t book with this travel agency again 👎

Completely non-transparent cancellation invoice. Even extensive correspondence with the—very friendly and professional—employee failed to clarify the matter. "THE SYSTEM" generated the invoice this way: This argument does not help the customer, who ultimately has to pay the invoice if they do not want to take the time to file a lawsuit. There is a very obvious problem with the management of this company!

The apartment was well, sink next to the bed, fridge in the hallway, cupboard somewhere else. Very unsuitable for cooking, wasn't comfortable either. The bed was okay, the parking situation was catastrophic and you couldn't get anyone on the phone, not even on the emergency number. Unfortunately nobody called back either :-( We won't be going there again!

Nightmare !!!! Left alone with heavily pregnant wife and small child. Our booked room had unfortunately been rented out twice. A lady called us and didn't want to give us another room or book another hotel room. We had to take a hotel for 3 times the price. The lady on the phone urged me to cancel the reservation online. Probably so that I would be stuck with the costs (see email). Be careful with this agency, the rooms are also offered via Booking. Unfortunately, when I read the comments, this is not an isolated case. Unfortunately, you can't see who is behind the rooms via Booking, otherwise I would have kept my hands off it with these comments.

Review for House Scharhörrn apartment 17. The exterior of the house is a bit damaged, but this is still bearable. At the first inspection it was immediately noticeable that the cleaning was not too thorough. Hair and dust on the floor. The kitchen fittings and the shower glass had not seen a rag for a long time. The workmanship in the apartment is also poor. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings. Wallpaper is peeling at the edges. The furnishings are purely functional. There is only the minimum amount of furniture. No thought was given to decoration, such as pictures. The parking situation is also adventurous, as the parking spaces are difficult to reach. The only good thing is the central location. But this alone does not save it. NO RECOMMENDATION

Funny vacation rental agency. Cancels my vacation apartment one day before arrival due to a double booking, suddenly confirms the booking via Booking.com on the day of arrival, can hardly be reached by phone and then asks me to make a request for a free cancellation. If I had canceled the day before, it would have cost me almost €200. If you cancel, it even costs me work. Get your system right. Super annoying contact, gladly not again.

We are disappointed. Something can always go wrong, the quality of service is reflected in how you deal with it. Unfortunately, Berger has failed here.
