Unbelievably unfriendly "sales representative" - called himself Lars Boehme and immediately wanted to speak to the management. When we asked for the reason, he simply hung up. If you enter the Berlin phone number on Google, you come across about 15 bad reviews that concern this gentleman! That's not going to work!
