I have had bad personal experiences with this agency. There is still a claim outstanding on my part (€1,000-2,000), which in my view has been unjustifiably refused. The communication was disappointing, as in my opinion minor misunderstandings could have been discussed. I therefore cannot recommend working with them."

Absolutely dubious agency. After the first phone call, you are asked to sign dubious documents online and send them back. I made enquiries and heard the same thing from other people. Better stay away from this agency, they just want to get your data. No recommendation!

An agency that I personally cannot recommend as they still owe me money! She justified it with not rendered service which is not true! At most I overlooked 1-2 outlets but that could have been discussed!
