As a former client who worked with Atecna on several digital projects, I’d like to share my experience. Project Management - Deadlines were consistently missed, with no clear justification - Major team turnover that disrupted project continuity - Poor communication about progress and the issues encountered - Initial quotes were rarely honored, with frequent cost overruns Quality of Deliverables - Technical solutions that fell short of current standards - Insufficient documentation of the developments - Numerous fixes required after delivery - Lack of proactivity in proposing improvements Customer Service - Not enough responsiveness to the problems reported - Inconsistent follow-up from a commercial standpoint - Promises made at the start were not kept on several points - Difficulty getting access to decision-makers Despite the substantial fees, the service did not live up to the commercial promises. I won’t renew the experience, and I encourage companies to carefully evaluate their options before committing to this agency.
