We approached Agnitas with what we considered to be a very specific requirement. To our surprise, however, almost all points were easy to solve with the standard repertoire. The Agnitas team was able to help us quickly, at short notice and with a great deal of commitment and expertise to cover our use case to our complete satisfaction. Communication was always swift and competent, and never lacked a certain amount of humor. Problems were addressed and solved quickly and calmly. We are very happy with our implementation of OpenEMM. The maintenance effort is minimal and only due to our special requirements. The feedback from our more than 60 users has been consistently positive. Agnitas did not make any mistakes in terms of price either - we were also under budget here. The project process was exemplary, as was the result. In summary, we can only award top marks to everyone involved. I can and will recommend the Agnitas team without reservation!

I keep getting stupid emails from umpteen online companies of this service provider. And I haven't ordered anything. Lousy

We attach great importance to ensuring that our customers comply with all legal requirements and only send emails with a valid registration. Every newsletter must also contain an unsubscribe link. Very bureaucratic mindset, customer service is a foreign word. If something doesn't work, there are only empty excuses and explanations instead of a solution. On top of that, they charge you extra for it, which is an impertinence. We are very happy that we are finally away from Agnitas. The new newsletter provider mailchimp has much more features, customer service is free and costs half as much. The crowning glory was that the final bill after our cancellation was unlawfully charged 600 EUR alone for GDPR compliance. (Data protection compliant data cleansing). Have complained to the board and only then came ne credit. You have to see for the first time what business conduct they practice as a company culture. CONCLUSION: Paws AWAY from Agnitas!

Dear Ms. Jäger, As already stated in the previous evaluation, we regret that there were discrepancies between your company and ours. As already explained, our customers are only billed for expenses that have taken up personnel and resources on our side. To ensure that this is transparent for all parties, we document and disclose this in minute detail. By the way, a good and trusting cooperation also includes personal discussions and the clarification of misunderstandings. We think it is a great pity that you have chosen this path and are publicly misrepresenting points in the process.

AGNITAS The worst service provider ever. They don't fulfill what they promise and have technical problems all the time. When you call customer service, they charge you €75 even though the problem is on their end (like when the login just doesn't work). And on top of that, they charge €600 for canceling the contract after being their customer for 6 years and tolerating all this. Simply unbelievable!

Dear Ms. Jäger, We very much regret your criticisms, especially as we have already had personal discussions and were of the opinion that we had resolved the existing discrepancies to everyone's satisfaction. We are all the more surprised by your lines. We have a proven system availability of 99.999% per year. Downtimes are planned and announced in good time. These take place exclusively at night out of consideration for the business activities of our customers. We always communicate all costs incurred transparently so that there should be no surprises and only charge for justified expenses. Never does the customer have to pay for a mistake made by AGNITAS. AGNITAS takes guidelines and requirements very seriously and terminates contracts strictly according to EU-DSGVO. So that our customers meet all legal requirements even if they change service providers: All personal data is removed in a legally secure and permanent manner, logs and documentation are elaborately created. This causes corresponding expenses on our side, which we however already communicate openly when concluding the contract. AGNITAS has the claim to always deliver the best service - from our marketing automation solution to personal customer support.
