After the beginning less and less and now in the post relationship I am only unpleasantly surprised. What was not delivered properly is ignored. For repairs that were still part of the scope of services, invoices are issued.
I was looking for a good consultant for my own fire development
The goal was to strengthen my presence and help with positioning.
I had talked to Ben Schulz on the phone and was convinced.
In a nice strategy workshop we came across several To Dos - and a clear project plan was formulated.
In addition to Ben Schulz, several other MAs were involved in helping to set up the website, filming, creating articles, etc.
Many things went well initially. A nice logo, good support when posting or filming.
But more and more the problems grew - the quality was not always ideal. Promises were not delivered and my website had to be rebuilt at my own expense after the end of the relationship, so that I - as it was promised - could act alone. Criticism was taken as a personal insult instead of looking at what the customer needs.

Since it is built on egocentricity, moreover many MA spontaneously leave the company, initial helpfulness turns into ignorance, there is much to do!
As a company, we rented the seminar rooms for a conference. The conference took place in a modern building with high-quality and stylish furnishings. We immediately felt at home in the spacious reception area. The catering was excellent and the organizers very hospitable. Everything went to our utmost satisfaction. Many thanks to Ms. Schulz and we are already looking forward to the next conference in her building/home :)
I value Ben Schulz (and his entire team) as very competent and practical as well as very reliable and goal-oriented partners. Ben manages to establish a basis of trust very quickly in his coaching sessions - through his empathy, life-experienced language and positive humanity. He listens very carefully for a long time and then asks the right questions to get to the bottom of things and help guide your own reflection. The collaboration reminds me strongly of the holistic work of a good osteopath... The full effect may not unfold immediately, but after the meeting - but then it is very powerful. Ben uses his broad repertoire of exciting exercises in coaching or seminars and always conducts the discussions with a view to a positive future, thus creating perspectives.
I attended the leadership development program and I am impressed. The content was practical and immediately applicable. Ben Schulz and his co-trainers are very experienced and inspire me personally in many areas. I particularly liked the individual approach, which responds to the needs of each participant. The methods are modern and effective, which helped me to significantly improve my leadership skills. I can recommend this program to anyone who wants to develop as a leader.
