We ordered an advertising banner from Reila-Werbung and are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Both the quality of the banner and the price-performance ratio were excellent. Unfortunately, we had less luck: - Logo design was set in wrong size 90mm wide were ordered First attempt was 150mm wide - the ordered foil was not there on the agreed installation date and should then be ordered first - the wrapping was then offered to us for 550 euros and was to be delayed even further - alternative immediately available and significantly cheaper film was not offered and film from us as customers was not processed - not even a delayed delivery was possible as a result - Mr. Becker was offended when we criticized this. He rejected alternative suggestions. - We therefore canceled the order On the same day, three other advertising technicians in the vicinity of Korbach were able to offer the same work for less than half the price. One of them even spontaneously within 3 days with the right film, perfect advice and optimal service. Without wanting to, we now know better alternatives - what a pity
